DELIVERY:

We offer the shipping method as below:

1. Dispatch

Free of charge dispatch service provided for order within Klang Valley (certain postcode).

Delivery date options:

• Same day delivery on order before 12pm (Monday-Saturday). 
• Cut-off time for Sunday delivery is Saturday 12pm. 
• Delivery on any specific date. 

No specific time allowed.

2. Courier Service 

Free delivery for order within West Malaysia.

Standard shipping fees apply for East Malaysia (You will be able to see the delivery fee when checkout). 

Delivery period: 2-5 days depends on courier company.

We won’t hold any responsibility of delay of delivery by 3rd party courier service.

 

TERMS & CONDITIONS:

1.In the event of any ribbon / box / item that is not available, item of similar value / higher value will be replaced.

2. Due to gift set is customized for each order, good sold are not refundable and exchangeable unless it is broken when you received it.

3. Fully refund or exchange if the product is broken during delivery process.

4. In case of offline payment or transfer, we will ship the item after floating period is over. 

5. One order is only for one location at one particular date. For multiple date selections and/or locations, please proceed with multiple order processing. 

6. In C Studio will be allowed to take photographs of the products for their record and publication purpose.
